Help
EdenStream is at launch stage, and this page is the whole help desk: how to reach a person, what the desk covers, and what to put in your message so it can be answered in one reply.
Write to the desk
A person reads this inbox and replies from the same address. There is no live chat, no phone line, and no automated ticket number. Mail is read during the working week.
For anything that is not a help question — general enquiries, media, licensing or advertising — write to [email protected], which is the address on the contacts page.
What the desk covers
- The waitlist, and creator accounts.
- The library: what is listed, what will not play, or a page that looks wrong.
- Content reports under the Content & Advertising Standards, including AI-labelling questions.
- Copyright and licensing: permission requests, takedown notices, credit corrections.
- Privacy and your data: what we hold, and requests to see or remove it.
- Press, partnership and advertising enquiries.
What to put in your message
- The page address (or the title of the item) you are writing about.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the problem is something you can see.
- For an account question, the email address your account uses.
Reports and appeals
Anyone may report a listing. Name the rule you believe was broken, from the standards page, and we will tell the creator what was removed and why, with the rule cited. If you disagree with a decision, appeal in writing to the same address — appeals are read by a person and answered within 30 days.
What we cannot do
- No emergency or out-of-hours channel. There is no one on call.
- No phone or walk-in support.
- The public studio is not open yet, so there is nothing to log in to and no subscription to manage — the waitlist is the only list.
